The new Bergère is being created with respect for the past and
the challenges of the future. This exceptional refurbishment,
which will be transitional and capable of adapting to new uses,
will be able stand the test of time without the need for further
technical and architectural work.

With its qualities of connectivity and hospitality, Bergère of fers
a variety of shared services. From the professional to the more
personal, they contribute to a fulf illing social life.
>FRESHNESS AND BIODIVERSITY
The new outdoor areas, such as the various terraces and rooftops
and the Imprimerie garden, create new green spaces in the heart
of Paris. These islands of freshness contribute to the well-being
of people, f lora and fauna.
>THERMAL PERFORMANCE
A new glass assembly process has improved the eff iciency of
the 600 existing windows. It was designed specially for Bergère
in order to preserve and reuse a large part of the woodwork
while providing optimum thermal insulation.
